Comprehensive Program Review 2017-2018 

Comprehensive Program Review begins on Monday October 2, 2017 and ends at 11:59 a.m. on Friday February 2, 2018. To complete your Comprehensive Program Review please follow the steps below:

1. Download your program/unit Comprehensive Program Review Template by clicking on your program/unit below or by logging in to your program/unit in the Program Review Submission Tool and clicking on the "Comprehensive" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Please click on the PDF icon for your program discipline in the "Course Offerings" column below to review the data that will assist you in responding to Section 3 of your Comprehensive Program Review Template.
3. Please click on the PDF icon for your program discipline in the "COOR Updates" column below to review the Course Outline of Records (COORs) that require updating during this academic year.
4. The SQL Report for your program (linked in Column #8 below) contains information for your program/unit on degrees, certificates, headcount, course success rates, etc.  Please note - The SQL Report only contains information on your program/unit and does not include achievement data. For more detailed data on your program/unit, including achievement data please click here for the SQL Data Reporting System. This system can only be accessed on campus and you must login with your InSite username and password. Click here for the SQL Data Reporting System Instructions.
5. Please click here Current LMC Programs of Study to view and download a PDF of LMC awarded degrees and certificates from fall 2011 through spring 2017, for the current programs of study as listed in the 2017-18 College Catalog. Please click here LMC Programs of Study Removed from the Catalog to view and download a PDF of all LMC awarded degrees and certificates from fall 2011 through spring 2017, including those programs which were removed as of the 2017-18 College Catalog. These documents will help you to respond to Section 2 of your Comprehensive Program Review.
