What is a scholarship?
A scholarship is considered a gift of money to assist a student in financing their higher education. LMC scholarships are provided to students by the generosity of the LMC Foundation, corporations and individual donors. Generally, scholarships may be awarded based on one or more of the following: academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, community involvement, athletic talents, field of study, ethnicity, financial need, etc. Scholarship awards, eligibility, and deadline dates vary.

The LMC Scholarship Coordinator is located in the Student Services Center (SS3, Room 109 in the Financial Aid Department). If you have been awarded a scholarship and need information on how to access your funds, click the "Accessing my Scholarship" link.
