Success Coach Melina Rodriguez
Rodriguez is the success coach for the Business, Manufacturing, and Transportation Pathway. She is a proud LMC alumni with a decade-long association with the college. Rodriguez brings her extensive experience to the Student Services Division. With a background in Admissions & Records, Student Life, EOPS/CARE, CalWORKs, and Workforce & Economic Development, Rodriguez is committed to helping students pursue their educational goals, drawing from her own experience as a first-generation graduate.

Success Coach Veronica Ortiz
Ortiz is the success coach for the Arts, Humanities, and Communication Pathway. Ortiz has over 9 years of experience in higher education, mostly serving as the program manager for the Adult Education and Literacy program at Lone Star College in Houston, TX. In that role, Ortiz worked with diverse and underserved student populations. She recently relocated to California from Texas. She earned her BA in Business Administration from the University of Houston and earned her MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.
