What we do:
- Accept payment for fees, bad debts, library debts, material fees (i.e; ceramics, CPR card, nursing lab) and child care fees.
- Accepted forms of payment; Debit, Visa, MC, Discover, (NO AMEX), Cash, Check , Tap pay- Apple, Google, Samsung
- Process third-party billing; Dept. of Rehabilitation, Veterans Affairs, Amazon, private industry, etc.
- Process refunds to be sent to District Office for reimbursement.
- Verify the accuracy of student’s billing and adjust information according to the student’s registration records.
Please be advised that all student fees can also be paid by logging in to a student account through InSite Portal and clicking on the 'Payment' tile. Please note that you may not be able to access your information online if you have not used InSite in the past year or if your debt is financial aid related. To activate your account, please contact IT helpdesk at 925-229-6888.
Note : The Cashier’s Office no longer sells parking permits. Parking permits are now available for purchase only on myCampusPermit.com.
