More Information on Appointment Types
In-Person Appointments: Held in Student Services Center at the Pittsburg Campus and Brentwood Center. Masks
are strongly encouraged. Schedule an in-person appointment by using the button above or
call 925-473-7449.
Online/Phone Appointments: These are video or audio appointments. You will receive an email appointment confirmation
with the zoom link and phone number to access your zoom appointment. You can visit
the Zoom link for video. For audio only, you can call the number provided. Please schedule
a Zoom appointment using the button above or call 925-473-7449
30-60 minute appointments are appropriate for:
Comprehensive educational plans
Academic probation and/or Reinstatement after dismissal
Exploration of major/career
Certificate, degree, and transfer requirements.
In-Person Drop-in: Visit the Student Services Center at the Pittsburg Campus, and add your name to the Drop-In list at the Counseling front desk. Please note: in-person drop-in hours vary. Please call ahead to confirm in-person drop-in meetings are available.
Online/Phone Drop-In: Use the button above to add your name to the drop-in list. A counselor will call your listed phone number when time for your meeting. By zoom or phone on Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m, Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (hours may vary).
