The TimelyCare team of providers will collaborate with members of your faculty and staff on how they can best look out for the interest of students. This may include referring them to your school's telehealth program or other campus resources.

- Designed to assist faculty and staff in helping students achieve a sense of well-being and healthy lifestyels.
- Faculty or staff can access the service if:
- They are concerned about a student's well-being.
- They are concerned about a student's grades or other declining performance.

- Employee Assistance Program
Counseling, childcare and financial services available for employees
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides up to five (5) individual counseling sessions, per issue, per policy year by telephone or video conference for issues related to:
- Childcare and eldercare assistance
- Daily living services (arranging help with errands)
- Stress, anxiety and changes in mood
- Grief, loss or response to traumatic life events (like COVID-19)
- Financial or legal services; and/or
- Concerns about drugs or alcohol use
