    The TimelyCare team of providers will collaborate with members of your faculty and staff on how they can best look out for the interest of students. This may include referring them to your school's telehealth program or other campus resources.

    • 24/7 support line for faculty and staff.
    • Designed to assist faculty and staff in helping students achieve a sense of well-being and healthy lifestyles.
    • Faculty or staff can access the service if:
      • They are concerned about a student's well-being.
      • They are concerned about a student's grades or other declining performance.

    2). Enter Counselor Zoom Personal Meeting ID or Personal Link Name field (ten-digit number that can be found in your LMC Counseling Appointment Confirmation email)

    3). Click Join a Meeting button at time of appointment

    4). Enter in Counselors Personal Meeting ID in first box

    5). Enter your information in name in First Name and Last Name fields 

    6.) Click Join button

  • Employee Assistance Program

    Counseling, childcare and financial services available for employees

    The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides up to five (5) individual counseling sessions, per issue, per policy year by telephone or video conference for issues related to:

    • Childcare and eldercare assistance
    • Daily living services (arranging help with errands)
    • Stress, anxiety and changes in mood
    • Grief, loss or response to traumatic life events (like COVID-19)
    • Financial or legal services; and/or
    • Concerns about drugs or alcohol use

  • Consultation with a Counselor

    Employees of Los Medanos College may schedule appointments with the an LMC counselor.

  • Reporting Students of Concern

    The Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) of Los Medanos College has the goal of supporting faculty, staff, and administrators in linking students of concern to campus and community resources. Learn what to do when reporting students of concern by visiting the BIT web page.
