Each of the metrics below represent significant milestones for students in the midst of their educational journey that are highly correlated with eventual success. While each metric represents a key indicator of student momentum, the metric of “Persistence from 1st Term to 2nd Term” is the metric officially listed in our Student Equity and Achievement Plan (SEAP) and is therefore given the most emphasis at the College. However, all targets and goals shown are consistent with our SEAP and its emphasis on supporting our Black/African American students.
