Institutional Metrics

Supporting the Student Journey to Success

Success can mean many things at Los Medanos College, but ultimately earning a degree, transferring, attaining employment or higher wages must be at the heart of our definitions of student success.

By developing a shared understanding of the research-based core metrics that are associated with student success and working together toward established targets and goals for each of these metrics, we will work more effectively as a cohesive College to support our students and keep our commitment to student equity front and center in our collective decisions.

Vision Alignment

Following the student educational journey, the metrics below are aligned with the State Chancellor’s Vision for Success initiative https://www.cccco.edu/About-Us/Vision-for-Success and the continued goals and strategies of Vision 2030 https://www.cccco.edu/About-Us/Vision-2030/outcomes-and-metrics. These metrics are also aligned to the new Student Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) as well as the college’s goals and targets outlined in our Student Equity Plan.
