CalWORKs Continuing Student Checklist

Register for classes via Insite
Attend the continuing student CalWORKs Orientation every semester
The following documents will be submitted to your Welfare-to-Work Worker:
- CalWORKs Application and Certification Form
- Educational Plan
- Class schedule
- End of semester grades
Ensure your Welfare-to-Work worker has copies of all attendance reports from previous semester
Complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) application annually- FAFSA Application
Check deadlines for the semester
Communicate with CalWORKs Office regularly
