Office of Student Life Leadership Program
Are you interested in developing your leadership skills while meeting new people and helping plan exciting campus events? If so, apply to become a Student Life Associate. Student Life Associates have the opportunity to express their passion for leadership development and school spirit through opportunities that support students in becoming agents of positive social change. Student Life Associates commit to working a year-long schedule including trainings/meetings, regular office hours each week, and additional hours for scheduled events/activities.
Student Civic & Voter Empowerment Act (AB 963)
The Student Voter Registration Act of 2003 (Elections Code sections 2145-2148) was implemented to ensure every California Community College (CCC) campus provides students with an opportunity to register to vote. To apply to register to vote through the Secretary of State's online voter registration system go to RegisterToVote.ca.gov
Students are encouraged to check the Secretary of State's website for voter registration
status and to find information for the county where your voter registration is active https://voterstatus.sos.ca.gov/
