Program Review

CCCCD has tasked a districtwide workgroup representative of all constituency groups to re-envision program review holistically, and potentially re-align the processes so all three (3) colleges have as much consistency as appropriate. Each college will still maintain autonomy in how their institution completes Program Review (i.e. templates, format, timeline, training, etc.).

 In spring 2024, the LMC Academic Senate and Classified Senate agreed to “pause” the 2024-25 Program Review Update Year Three in an effort to align with the other colleges in the District. During this time, LMC will review and consider revising our program review process locally (i.e. templates, timelines, trainings, validation, etc.) while the Districtwide Program Review Re-Imagined Group discusses program review collectively. DVC, CCC and LMC are anticipated to restart their Program Review cycles in fall 2025.

 *Please note, CSLO and PSLO Assessments and the Resource Allocation Process (RAP) will still occur regardless of a pause in our program review cycle.
