NOTE: You will need the following to complete step two:
1) English proficiency demonstration document
2) Financial verification form from banking institution equal to $23,00400 US currency
for the 2019-2020 academic year
There is a non-refundable $50.00 application processing fee

Please read the instructions for admission to LMC carefully and complete all the necessary steps.
What happens next?

Notification of Acceptance will be sent by the LMC Admissions and Records Office. The Acceptance Letter and I-20 (invitation to study) will be mailed to you to take to the US Embassy or consulate in home country to apply for the F1 VISA once all documents have been received.

Complete LMC Online Orientation

We currently do not offer on campus housing to students. If you are in need of housing, we recommend using our preferred partner Diablo Valley Homestay. You may apply for a host family by completing and returning the Diablo Valley Homestay Application

Pay Enrollment Fees (Health Insurance fees are included in the tuition costs. The fees for the medical insurance must be paid by the end of the second week of the semester.) The Contra Costa Community College District has contracted with Western Union Business Solutions to provide International Students with a simple and low cost method of paying fees to DVC, CCC, and LMC in your own currency. Health Insurance: International students must purchase mandatory health insurance provided through the Contra Costa Community College District. The mandatory insurance fee is part of your registration cost, and it is due during the first 15 days after classes begin. No other insurance can be used to waive this requirement. The insurance fees for the 2019-2020 school year are $1,332.00 The insurance coverage begins August 10 for the fall semester and January 10 for the spring term. Continuing students who pay on time for the insurance will have continuous coverage. Further information about this insurance is sent when admission to the college is complete.
