As a CAS tutor, you'll have the opportunity to support fellow students, develop leadership and communication skills, gain valuable work experience, and make a positive impact on the LMC community.
The Center for Academic Support (CAS) recruits peer tutors based on student demand and program needs. We encourage interested students to review the courses currently supported by CAS. If you have knowledge, skills, or expertise that could benefit LMC students in an area not currently offered, we would love to hear from you.
CAS hires tutors twice each year for the Spring and Fall semesters. If you are interested in becoming a tutor, please complete the interest form. We will contact you with additional information about the tutor hiring process and application when recruitment begins.
Recruitment Timeline
- Spring Semester Hiring: Recruitment begins in mid-October
- Fall Semester Hiring: Recruitment begins in mid-March
