  • CVC OEI 2019-2020

    These funds were provided by the Improving Online CTE Pathways Grant, which is administered by the California Virtual Campus – Online Education Initiative (CVC-OEI), and funded by a one-time $35 million budget augmentation under the state's Budget Act of 2018. Los Medanos College received $500,000 for 2019/2020 to create a foundation and culture for online learning. Activities funded with this investment include additional online courses, aligning existing courses to a quality assurance and accessibly rubric, developing fully online certificates, and developing comprehensive student services for students taking courses online.
