Absence Reporting Process
Please use the electronic leave request via Insite (resources tab) to report an absence or scheduled vacation.
To schedule a conference absence, please use the electronic leave request and complete a dynamic leave request form using your InSite credentials. Once the form is completed, the dynamic form workflow will notify your manager via email for approval. If there are any concerns, you will be contacted by the Office of Instruction.
