The Los Medanos College (LMC) men’s basketball team is currently 5 and 1, and ranked in the top 10 of the entire state! The LMC Mustangs won the championship of the Cosumnes River College (CRC) tournament beat CRC 72-70. Tyree Murray was awarded most valuable player of the tournament and Damon Powell was also awarded all-tournament for his outstanding play. In the first tournament at Las Positas, the Mustangs finished second. Joe Simpson, Marcello Campbell, and Tyree Murray were all awarded all-tournament.
