Student ID Cards

The LMC Student ID card is provided free to all enrolled students who wish to have one, and is valid throughout your time as a student at LMC. Once the card is issued, and each semester of enrollment, a dated semester sticker is attached for validation. Students may obtain an ID card or validation sticker at the Information desk on the lower level of the Student Services Center. To receive an ID card students will need to provide their WebAdvisor class schedule, digital or printed, and a photo ID such as a driver's license or high school ID.

• How do I get my Los Medanos College Student ID card?

  After registering for your classes, go to the Welcome Desk on the lower level of the Student Services Center and show them your WebAdvisor class schedule, digital or printed, and a form of photo identification, such as a driver's license or high school ID. 

• Do I need a new Student ID card every semester? 

  No. Your Student ID card is valid throughout your time as a student at LMC; however, you will need to have it validated every semester that you attend classes. To have your ID validated, once you have enrolled in the upcoming semester, stop by the Welcome Desk with your ID card and new schedule.

• What hours are you open?

  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday
  9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Friday

• Why do I need a Student ID card?
   You need a validated Los Medanos College ID card to borrow a library book, or a calculator from the math lab. Some programs on campus may also require you to have an LMC ID card.
• What should I do if I lose my Student ID card? 
   If you lose your card, go to the Welcome Desk where you will be asked to fill out a Request for ID Card Replacement form and, based on staff assessment, a new card may be issued to you. You will also be asked to provide your current schedule of classes and possibly a form of photo ID
• How long will it take to get my Los Medanos College Student ID card?
   The photo ID card takes about two minutes to produce. Expect delays during peak periods. 
• Where do I get my Student ID card validated? 
   Your card must be validated each semester at the Information Desk on the lower level of the Student Services Center.
• How do I get a Los Medanos College Staff ID card? 
   Staff ID cards are also available at the Welcome Desk. If you are a new employee, you will be asked to provide your employee ID number
