    Eligibility: This program is open to all people who will be at least 18 years old on February 4, 2023, hold a GPA of 2.25 or higher, completed 12 college/university units, and who are fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Italian law requires such proof for many program activities.

    GPA of 2.25 or higher
    Completed at least 12 college/universities units

    Provisional student enrollment: Students who do NOT meet the application criteria (of at least 12 units and at least a 2.25 GPA) may use their current semester progress report to assist with meeting the criteria. Students will be approved to the Study Abroad Program after the progress report was review by the Dean of Study Abroad Program. Contact email to htakanashi@4cd.edu by November 9, 2022. Provisional students who finish the semester without meeting any of the minimum requirements will be dropped from the program.

    Program fees The AIFS program costs for Florence Spring 2023 will have a base price of $7,995. These costs will include all lodging, medical insurance, and AIFS services. They will not include airfare (there will be a group flight option for an extra fee), class tuition, books, and day-to-day expenses such as food.     Program fees do not include College tuition & course textbooks, transportation to and from the program, independent travel, personal items (visas, passport, laundry), medical, accident, baggage loss, personal liability, trip cancellation insurance, and meals.

    Hosted Upgrades:  Students have a choice to participate in additional packages that could secure a group rates for airfare, shared rooms limited to 2 roommates, meal plans, and additional medical insurance.

  • Financial Planning

    Financial Aid Offices: see what options are available to you at your local college and then setup an appointment with you local Financial Aid Officer. AIFS
    Make sure to run through the process for the FAFSA application website and the AIFS Financial Aid form (PDF) with your local financial aid officer.
