Financial Aid

Assisting students in receiving a college education

Finanacial aid home page

We know that paying for college is a big challenge. That is why we are here to help you take advantage of all financial resources that are available. Do not be intimidated by the process. The state of California, federal government, and Los Medanos College wants you to succeed. Check out our homepage for information on how to apply.

California Dream Act "Follow Your Dreams"

It is important to note that today’s DACA decision does not impact a

student’s ability to attend our colleges, to qualify for an exemption from non-resident tuition fees under AB 540, or to apply for financial aid under the provisions of the California Dream Act. AB 540 and the California Dream Act are state programs that are entirely separate and distinct from DACA and the federal enforcement of immigration laws. Check out the California Dream Act “Follow Your Dreams” Video.
