The Employment Center provides job placement assistance to all LMC students and alumni. We assist employers to obtain qualified employees and train students in competitive self-referral research of positions directly related to their areas of academic preparation. The Employment Center is a place where students, alumni, and employers can interact quickly, easily and efficiently. Our vision is to help students successfully bridge from school-to-career.

To complement the mission of
the College, the Employment Center assists students and alumni to acquire
the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to take ownership of their
personal and professional development as lifelong learners and to function
successfully in a global economy. In partnership with employers, the Employment Center will maintain
existing and develop new relationships with a significant base of employers who
have an ongoing interest in the employment potential and careers of students
and alumni.
