Welcome to the CARE Program
EOPS students who are single parents receiving public assistance can also access the CARE (Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education) program for additional support services.
The CARE program at Los Medanos College empowers single-parent students to reach their goals by providing financial, educational, and personal support. We assist student parents in completing college-level educational and training programs, helping them become more employable, economically self-sufficient, and confident in their future. Through a strong community of care and encouragement, we ensure single parents feel included, supported, and inspired to succeed.
