Criteria

1. East County LMC student.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of tolerance and compassion in their day to day lives and in the lives of others through community involvement and unselfish service to others.

4. Essay must include a special emphasis on proving your commitment to the ideals of tolerance and compassion.
