Criteria 1. Full-time LMC student continuing full-time at LMC fall 2015 and spring 2016 or transferring to a four-year college/university Fall 2015. 2. African-American background. One parent must be fully African/African-American or both parents must be half African/African-American. 3. Commitment to the community (i.e. volunteer work, church, youth and/or social organizations). |
