Mustangs Football

Los Medanos College’s Head Football Coach Van Boschetti has been coaching in the Bay Area for more than forty years, and is starting his twenty-seventh year as the Mustangs Head Coach.  Along the way, he has guided LMC to 14 bowl game appearances since 1990 and has helped hundreds of student-athletes move on to the next level.  Under Offensive Coordinator Chris Shipe’s potent offense, the Mustangs scored 33 points per game in 2008, and with the addition of new Defensive Coordinator Spencer Gilford and his aggressive scheme, the Mustangs are primed for another trip to post-season play in 2009.
