Application Launch: Request for media services and event schedule
Effective immediately, media equipment reservation, delivery and setup requests should be submitted online through a web application. This applies to both LMC campus and Brentwood Center venues. Scheduling for media services through the district’s SysAid ticket system will be discontinued. Migrating to this new request system allows us to: 1) streamline the schedule and delivery process, and 2) ease the management and tracking of request submissions.
