Name Tags

Departments can order name tags through the following company: Crown Trophy in Antioch. They have the format with the logo and are all set to easily help you. Cost varies from $6.50 to $7.50 plus tax depending on how many you are ordering.

1. When you contact Crown Trophy, let them know that this is for LMC. Wine colored, with a magnet back.
2. You will receive an invoice directly from Crown Trophy via email.
3. All name tags follow the format designed by the Marketing & Media Design Department and have the following format:

Name

TITLE (all caps)
Department
