The Los Medanos College Sustainability Committee would like to invite everybody to join us in the outdoor quad on Earth Day, April 22 2013 anytime between 10am and 2pm. The committee has recruited some interesting and informative people to supply ideas and inspire you to take steps toward conservation. We are expecting to have several groups presenting and distributing educational materials including....East Bay Regional Parks, Delta Diablo Sanitation, local farms and several more. We also plan to have a Chevy Volt on display and a native plant sale hosted by our very own LMC Nature Preserve. We welcome you to stop by and visit and come away with some new ideas.
