Can I take just the ETEC 004 or ETEC 009 class?

No, sorry. In order to be a part of the Bridge to ETEC for the Fall 2017 semester you are required to take all three of the classes that are listed above.


How much will the program cost me?

All student fees, including books and supplies are provided by a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancelor's Office and The San Francisco Foundation.


If I decide to continue in the ETEC Program, will the grant pay for my schooling?

No, the grant is for the Bridge only. Financial Aid may be available if you wish to continue.


How do I know if I’m qualified?

You must be a California resident and be able to work in the United States.

How to get started:


If you are a new or returning student (who has been away from LMC for more than one semester) please go to www.losmedanos.edu/registration to apply to be a student at LMC. Please complete steps 1-4 found on the registration page using the link above. If accepted in the Bridge, you will then complete step 5 to register for the Bridge classes.


Once you have completed the college application process you will be issued a student ID number through an email within 24 hours. If you have questions feel free to call the Admissions & Records office at (925) 473-7495.
