Elliot Siler
Coach Siler brings 16 years of softball coaching experience to Los Medanos College. In that time he has accumulated a 349-145 record, won the Conference Championship 12 times, appeared in the State Regional Tournament 15 times and, in 2006, appeared in the Final Four in the State Tournament.

Coach Siler graduated from San Diego State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training. In 2000 he received a Master's Degree from Azusa Pacific University in Physical Education.

1 Samantha Rodriguez
Coach Samantha Rodriguez recently joined the LMC coaching staff as the new Assistant Softball Coach.  She graduated from Marshall University in 2008.  During her collegiate experience she won All-Conference selection awards, including two-second team and a first team ALL-Conference USA.  Rodriguez also was the second player in school history name C-USA Hitter of the Week. She began her coaching career as a head coach at Enicnal High School and is presently an Assistant Coach for the 18Gold Bears.

She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in biomedical biology with a minor in chemistry in December 2008.
