A conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential.-The National Wellness Institute

There are many variations of the Wellness Wheel we have pictured on this webpage. Each recognizes that there are multiple components of wellness that interact with one another and impact one another, whether positively or negatively. Each wedge represents one element of a person’s life. This webpage seeks to provide information, resources and activities to help you improve all components of your wellness.

Why is this important?

Just about every experience a person has affects their mental health and sense of wellness in some way, positive or negative. A person’s mental health and sense of wellness greatly influences the way they think, feel and behave. This it impacts relationships and life in general. It affects academic and career success.
