After you submit your application below you will be required to submit additional documents to the Umoja Village in the math building MA-109

 

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION:

Please WRITE one letter of recommendation from a current or former instructor, employer or community leader.

 

APPLICATION ESSAY:

Please attach a one page essay explaining why you want to join the LMC Umoja Scholars Program. Essays must be typed and double-spaced.

 

TRANSCRIPT:

Please attach your latest transcript (an unofficial copy is acceptable).
