Care services include:

• Monthly Meal Tickets – students receive monthly vouchers to purchase lunch at the LMC Cafeteria.
• Automotive Repair Assistance – students are eligible for a $100.00 (one-time) maintenance voucher per semester.
  
• Educational Support Grants – grants issued to CARE students who meet the following grant eligibility guidelines:
  1. Following EOPS requirements
  2. Has a completed FAFSA file
  3. Has an unmet need
  4. Completed 2 hours of a CARE workshop during the previous term (continuing students only) or during the current semester
  5. Enrolled full-time or as recommend by a CARE/DSPS waiver

• Childcare – Assist in paying the cost of childcare at the Los Medanos College Child Study Center (based on available funding)
• Personal Development Workshops – Students must attend two hours of CARE workshops per semester covering different issues ranging from job readiness, financial literacy, to vision mapping.
