The Los Medanos College Baseball program is built upon the focus of a team-first attitude, maintaining 100% ownership of individual responsibilities, ensuring perfect practice and best speed at all times. With the proper combination of these ingredients, the Los Medanos College Baseball Program will rise to higher levels of play and continue to finish among the top teams in the Bay Valley Conference.

Since the 2000 baseball season, more than 50 LMC baseball players have continued their athletic careers at the next level and also received All-Conference honors. Since its founding, Los Medanos has also produced 19 professional draft picks. This recognition is a testament of the quality program in place at Los Medanos College.

In addition to athletic skill development, we are responsible for instilling in our ballplayers proper attitudes towards citizenship, sportsmanship and cooperation, as well as building self-discipline and self-esteem. As a coaching staff, we aim to achieve these goals by conducting a well-organized and team-oriented atmosphere.
