Criteria
One of the applicant’s parents must have been born in a Latin country.
Spanish speaking language preferred, although it is not a requirement.
The applicant must be a college or University student.
Submit typed 250-500 word (one page) essay discussing your educational objective and
future plans
Provide information such as community activities, leadership positions, club memberships,
offices held, awards and honors, or volunteer work. (Significant community service
should be verified through recommendation letter written on letterhead stationery.)
