Steps to get started
If you are new or returning to LMC, but aren't pursuing a degree or certificate, the process for getting started is short and easy.*
After submitting your application, you will receive an email from the Admissions Office containing registration instructions and your registration appointment. Registration is online through InSite/WebAdvisor and may be done on or after your appointment time.
Fees should be paid at the time of registration. Los Medanos College does not drop for non-payment of fees. Your registration privileges will be blocked for the following semester if your current term fees have not been paid. Additionally, transcripts or enrollment verifications for the current term will be withheld until fees are paid. Fees may be paid on WebAdvisor, check, cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Although orientation, educational planning and assessment are not mandatory for students taking classes for personal enrichment, they are required to receive priority registration. To receive an earlier registration date, you must follow the Steps for New Students.
