President Peter Garcia, Los Medanos College and Past Awardees cordially invite you to attend a special dinner event in celebration of the life of César Chávez on Friday, March 28th, 2008, at 6 p.m. The dinner will be held in the LMC Cafeteria and catered by New Mecca. Please join us as we honor a local community member with the LMC César Chávez Award for Exemplary Community Service and recognize our past awardees.

The dinner will only cost $15 per person. This event sold out last year so reservations must be made prior to Monday, March 28th. Any funds received in excess of the cost of the event will be used for the LMC La Raza Scholarship.
