Firefox 3.5 problems with Assignment feature |
| Problem: |
When using Firefox 3.5 users report being unable to submit work when using the Assignment feature in Blackboard. |
Solution: |
Use Internet Explorer or Apple Safari as an alternative browser. If you use Internet Explorer 8, select Internet Explorer 7 compatabilty from the View menu
to avoid potential compatability problems wiith that browser. |

You try to
log in and get the message “The Username and Password you
specified were incorrect or you do not have access to this resource.” |
Solution: |
Please
first try your username and password again to make sure that you
didn’t type either one incorrectly. If you are a new student
to LMC there is about a one day delay from the time you apply to
the college until your account is available on the Blackboard server.
