Appli 15 Section 2945, Electrical Appliances I, 4 units, lecture class covers the basic principles and repairs of washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers.

Appli 20 Secction 2946, Appliance Shop Practice, 5 units, provides hands on training on diagnosing, testing and repairing of washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers.

New students enrolling in EVENING classes for Fall 2009 should register for the following classes:

Appli 23 Section 2951, Basic Refrigeration Tech I,

3 units, lecture class on refrigeration principles, electrical circuits, troubleshooting and repairing domestic household refrigerators.

Appli 30 Section 2947, Refrigeration Shop Practice, 1 unit covering hands on repair of domestic refrigerators. Sealed system unit diagnosing, electric circuit testing, icemakers and window air concitioner repairing.

Short term Saturday class on microwave ovens starting November 21, 2009:

APPLI 46 Section 4953, designed to teach the fundmentals of . microwave ovens and how to repair them.
