During
the Internship:
- Please stay in close touch with the LMC Internship Coordinator, meeting at least twice a month during the internship
- Maintain a weekly diary of your progress during the internship. This should be typed and submitted at the end of the internship.
At the end of the internship:
Please submit the following for evaluation to your Internship Coordinator at LMC:
1. Copy of the original contract with final letter grade assigned by the supervisor at the internship site for each goal. This form must also be signed.
2.
Your field report addressing each of the goals of the travel internship.
3. Your diary of progress during the internship.
4. An updated resume.
5. The Career Evaluation Exercise given to you by the Employment Office.
6. Your time cards
