Application process for the internship
- Complete an LMC Internship Application form available in the Employment Center.
- Develop your preliminary internship goals or use the general sample internship goals developed by the Travel program. These goals will be finalized in consultation with the LMC Internship Coordinator as well as with the host organization where you will do your internship.
- Develop your professional resume for a job in the travel industry prior to your internship interview with the host organization. (The Employment Center has tips on writing a resume.)
- If accepted for an internship by the host organization, register for Travel 99 for 1 unit of college credit. (You may ONLY register for a 2-unit internship if approved in advance by your LMC Internship Coordinator.
