CENTRAM and the Employment Office at Los Medanos College work closely with employers to help you recruit the best candidates for your organization. Employers and recruiters regularly contact us to recruit our recent and past graduates. CENTRAM keeps in close contact with its alumni and has a network of working alumni enabling you to draw from an excellent pool of seasoned travel professionals. This complimentary service is provided for the benefit of both our industry partners as well as our graduates.

We encourage you to evaluate our various certificate options and employ our graduates whose credentials best suit your business needs.

• Graduates with a Certificate of Completion in Travel Marketing (Level 1) would serve you well in an entry-level position, in "call centers" or as a travel assistant.
• Graduates with a Certificate of Achievement in Travel Marketing (Level 2) have a well-rounded education in travel and tourism to include sales and marketing, destinations, selling cruises and tours, and computer reservations. They may also have the Destination Specialist and/or the Certified Travel Associate credential from The Travel Institute. Some graduates are Accredited Cruise Counselors.
• Graduates with an Associate of Science Degree in Travel Marketing (Level 3) have the same education in travel and tourism as the graduates with the Certificate of Achievement (Level 2). However, in addition, these graduates have completed extensive courses in general education and have received a 2-year degree.

Our students may also graduate with other certificate options from our program.
