We are part of an accredited public institution, providing a quality educational experience for the aspiring travel professional. The curriculum of the Travel Marketing Program is very current and dynamic in keeping with the travel industry. New courses are constantly developed to keep up and ahead of travel industry trends.

The curriculum is designed in a three level certification ladder:

Level 1 – Certificate of Completion in Travel Marketing

Level 2 – Certificate of Achievement in Travel Marketing

Level 3 – Associate of Science Degree in Travel Marketing

The higher levels build on the knowledge and "units" gained at the lower levels and prepare the graduate for more responsible jobs in the travel industry. We encourage both the prospective student and the employer to read the information on each level to determine the best choice for you.

In addition to these three levels of certification, we offer several certificates of specialization depending on individual career interests. Each certificate of specialization will lead to a different career opportunity in the travel industry

Cruise Specialist Certificate

Home-Based Travel Specialist Certificate

To get an excellent overview of our curriculum and the travel industry, we encourage you to attend our pre-semester orientation. Travel 71 or "Orientation to Careers in Travel", which is generally offered in August and at the beginning of December. You will find that most of our courses can be taken in any sequence. However, Travel 95 (Advanced Travel Concepts) assumes a basic knowledge of the travel industry and travel terms (equivalent to the content presented in Travel 72).
