The Center for Travel Marketing enables travel organizations to become more competitive, successful and profitable through employee training. CENTRAM designs seminars and training for travel organizations based on the specific needs of each organization. Agency owners and managers are encouraged to contact us to custom-design courses to respond to the unique needs of your organization. Such training can be conducted at our state-of-the-art training center at Los Medanos College or in-house at your organization. The duration of these seminars can be from a few hours to a few days.

Our training can be designed to meet the needs of a variety of participants – full-time, part-time, outside sales and home-based staff; independent contractors; new as well as veteran staff. Participants may wish to take one or more seminars in a series to upgrade their skills. Our seminars are educational and enjoyable.
