CENTRAM is fortunate to have outstanding educators and travel professionals. Since the success of our Center and the quality of our training depend on our faculty, CENTRAM has carefully selected a dynamic team of travel educators with excellent credentials. The faculty in the program have many years of experience working in the travel industry as well as in education. They have trained hundreds of professionals in the travel industry as well as taught a few thousand new entrants to the industry over the years. They have designed, developed and taught a variety of courses to professionals in several different travel organizations.


  Chris McGill (CTC, ACC, DS), Co-Director of CENTRAM, is a travel industry professional with vast experience in both corporate and leisure travel. She has held various positions in the travel industry in sales, management and marketing. She has owned and managed her own travel agency. Her areas of teaching expertise include Sales and Marketing, Agency Management, Professional Development, Home-Based Travel, Corporate Travel, European Destinations, Pacific Rim Destinations, Cruises and Cruise Destinations, Honeymoon Destinations, Apollo and Sabre Computer Reservations. She is Certified Travel Consultant (Life Member), an Accredited Cruise Counselor and a Destination Specialist. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico.

  Debbie Wilson (CTA, DS), Co-Director of CENTRAM (along with Chris McGill), is a leisure travel specialist. Her areas of teaching expertise include destinations such as Hawaii, the Caribbean, North America, and the South Pacific; Introduction to Travel; Professional Development, Customer Service and Sales; Cruises and Cruise Destinations. She is a Certified Travel Associate and a Destination Specialist in several destinations. Debbie has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She has worked for many years as a marketing consultant and sales training consultant for an international computer manufacturer before joining the travel industry.
