IDEA Brown Bag Lunch
12:30 - 2:00 pm
Community Room

The IDEA Professional Development "Brown Bag" is a series of workshops that will address four specific important areas of training. These workshops will facilitate learning of diversity, equity and literacy theories, and most importantly the practical application and assessment of such knowledge to our immediate areas of responsibilities. These areas of development are sequential. The workshops will cover how to :

  • Facilitate Institutional Dialogue
  • Analyze College Date and Areas of Concern
  • Engage LMC Community in Education & Training Devleopment, and
  • Implement a Planning and Assessment Approach

Come find out what DSPS stands for and how to access services and accommodations on campus. We will lead discussions on how to build positive relationships with students with various abilities. This will be an interactive workshop, so bring your questions, concerns and experiences in working with student with disabilities.

This workshop is open to LMC faculty and staff only.
