The agenda for each meeting is prepared 72 hours in advance of that scheduled meeting date. If you are interested in having an issue appear on the agenda, please contact Sherrie Anderson, the LMCAS President at LMCASPresident@losmedanos.edu or (925) 439-2181, ext. 3266.
The LMCAS is required to have a record of the items covered in the agenda including its content and any action (voting) taken. The record of the meeting is referred to as the minutes, which are taken by a minute-taker.
