The computer lab has been designed for currently enrolled English student use. The lab coordinator and student assistants are available to help students become familiar with the lab, especially during the

Since our goal is to assist students, we ask that everyone adhere to the following lab policies:

Sign in the logbook before using computers during the open lab hours.
Use the computers for college-related work only (NO games, chat rooms, pornographic web sites, or personal use (email).
Use the software available on the computers only (NO downloading or installing on any computer).
Keep the computer settings as currently presented.
Print only up to 10 page per day.
Cut and paste the desired text from the Internet to a Microsoft Word document before printing it.
Store documents on your own disks, not on the hard drive.
Comply with "No Smoking, Eating, or Drinking" Board Policy #6341.
Comply with college policy that only enrolled students are allowed to be present in the lab/computer classroom. No children please.
Turn off Cell phones.

If in our judgment, any student becomes verbally abusive, discourteous or unreasonable, we reserve the right to refuse help to that student. A disruptive student will be asked to leave the lab and must get permission from the Dean to use the English lab again.

Any student, who is found in violation of these rules, may be dismissed from the lab.
