CompTIA A+ certification is an international industry credential that validates the knowledge of computer service technicians.
This course prepares students for the software portion of the A+ certification process. Students will review basic operating systems concepts, and cover the installation and troubleshooting of hardware drivers and applications softwae. In addition, students will learn the troubleshooting skills necessary to optimize PC operating system performance.
