COMSC 040: Introduction to Computers |
Description:

A beginning course in computers covering basic computer concepts, and basic vocabulary of the computer field.
This course addresses social implications of computer technology, discusses all sizes of computers, and includes hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Professional. Students also learn programming procedures using Quick BASIC programming language.
This class satisfies the LMC computer literacy proficiency. |
This course is required for the Computer Science Certificate of Achievement and Certificate of Completion.
