Chat "Collaboration" Not Working |

Chat, what Blackboard calls "collaboration", is not available. |

Solution: |
Due to the extremely high demands that chat places upon the Blackboard server, this feature has been disabled.
Instructors and students may wish to use instant messaging systems such as AOL Instant messenger or MSN Messenger as an alternative. |

You try to
log in and get the message “The Username and Password you
specified were incorrect or you do not have access to this resource.”

Solution:
|
Please
first try your username and password again to make sure that you
didn’t type either one incorrectly. If you are a new student
to LMC there is about a one day delay from the time you apply to
the college until your account is available on the Blackboard server.
